The Bridge was formed on 1st April 2007 by the amalgamation of the long established councils for voluntary service in Central Borders(CBAVS), Roxburgh (RAVS) and Tweeddale (TAVO) together with the Borders Forum of CVS (BFCVS). 

What We Do 

  • Supporting Community & Voluntary Organisations by providing community development support and practical help on a range of issues
  • Representing the interests of Community & Voluntary Organisations through community planning, and within local networks
  • Informing Community & Voluntary Organisations by communicating with partners in both the statutory and voluntary sector

What we can do for you
