NURSERY MANAGEREddleston Nursery has been sad to say goodbye to Kerry Dennis - our nursery manager for 3 years but we wish her luck and fulfillment in her new ventures! Happily, after some searching, we have a wonderful replacement manager - Alison Murphy. Alison has loads of childcare experience in a variety of situations and we are delighted to have her on board with her fun ideas and fresh approach Watch this space for new nursery activities CARE COMMISSION REPORTIn January 2006 the Nursery had an HMI and Care Commission Inspection which was very favourable with no recommendations. This is a fantastic result and a great reflection of the hard work and dedication of our staff Magic Wands and Fairies Faces

| Pre-SchoolEddleston Pre-School Nursery provides children from the age of 2 1/2 years old with a safe and stimulating environment in which they can feel happy and secure and where learning and development becomes FUN through play.
Sessions run five mornings a week (9:00-11:30am) for the pre-school children (those children in their immediate pre-school year). Babies and ToddlersThe ante-pre-school children meet in the Village Hall Tuesday to Friday, 9:00-11:30 am.
For younger children, parents with their baby and/or toddler are welcome to attend the informal sessions held regularly on Monday mornings during term time at the Village Hall (10:00 to 11:30 am). A range of toys and activities are available, and your infants can meet and become familiar with other children who may be moving on to nursery at the same time.
